Hi All,
         Please note the Amman Valley Results are on the Latest Results Page, we had 52 Personal Best swims with 8 swimmers performing Personal bests in all events swum!! Outstanding.
Carys, Emlyn and Luke had fantastic results with Chris A , Amy and Jamie O all qualifying to swim the IM.

Well done to all, it was a hot day for us poor supporters but we were pleased you ALL did us proud.
