LAND TRAINING
Land Training will commence on Sunday 3rd September, 2006, at the Memorial Hall, Aberaeron.
Training will then be held on Sunday mornings between 10.00am and 11.00am thereafter.
Cost will be £1.00 per person each session.
It is requested that participants bring along an exercise mat, wear suitable loose fitting training clothes and training shoes.
