Ceredigion Championships - Newcastle Emlyn

Well done to all of the Swimmers who swam last Sunday in the Ceredigion Championships held at Newcastle Emlyn.

It was great to see swimmers from Aberystwyth Cardigan and of course the Emlyn Flyers.

Lots of PB's and medals, we will post the full results when we have them through.

I'd like to make a special mention about one of our younger swimmers : Layton Palmer who swam his 1st 200m Freestyle in excellent style. Well done Layton
