Ceredigion Championship 400 200 and 50m Gala

Hi All,
You can now find the CC 400m 200m and 50m Gala results held at Newcastle Emlyn on the 12th Nov on the web site.
A big special well done to some of our swimmers, Hawys who took 7 seconds off the 200m record in event 1, this had stood since 2002 and then went on to make it a double by winning the 50m event as well! Menna who took a massive 5 seconds off her time in the 50m event to take third! Carys who won both the 400m and 50m events, the 50m in a new record time and the 400m was missed by 1 second, next time Carys don't stop to empty the water out of your goggles!!! Still it gave us all a laugh
Also there were new Championship records for a couple of other girls, who's names have slipped my mind at present! LOL, Hey check the results!!!! Last but not least another 2 great swims, for new records, from Luke and Emlyn in the 50m freestyle events, Emlyn had a dead heat with Ben from Aberystwyth to share first place so we're all looking forward to a future rematch between these two! well done all.
