Hi,

Just to let you know due to Gala's the following sessions are cancelled:

Cancelled: Saturday 27th January - Urdd Final being held in swansea.

Cancelled: Friday 16th Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th.   Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th February - 
West Wales we hope all Club members will be competing.
 
Swimmers don't forget nutritional advise before competions, which Helen has covered in your Log Books.
Which includes Plenty of Fluids.............
