Hi All,
         I have finally managed to update the web site with the full results from the Ceredigion Championships and the Ceredigion Dolphins results from the Avalon meet held back in Oct 2006, these can both now be found in the past results section. Bev has sent a report about the Dolphins performance at Millfield (Avalon meet) to the Cambrian News so keep an eye out for that.

I would like to remind you all that we are always looking for new members and if you know anybody who has been thinking about or has mentioned to you that they may like to try swimming as a hobbie/pastime or sport there is no better time to join a club than the start of a new year, so invite them along, hey they just might enjoy themselves!!
