Hi All,
         I have updated the club web site with results and downloads, well done
to all our swimmers who competed in the Swim Swansea Long Course open,
for some of our swimmers it was the first time in a 50m pool and for some of
our "old hands" it was a chance to show how hard they've been training with some
great PBs, check out the results.

I hope everybody read Helen's report on the Welsh Championships, we can really
be proud of what our swimmers are archiving If you didn't see it you can read it
on the results page.

I look forward to seeing everybody at the TOP TEAM Gala
