Hi Folks,

Well what a busy Saturday, the intrepid Duo of Alun and Sharon were up before the birds to do their Sponsored Walk to raise money for the Swimming Club. I believe Alun was seen flashing his torch and frightening the wild life around 3am......
Anyway a very big well done from us all and congratulations, you both looked like Champions as you came up that hill to the finish. Not sure of the final amount raised but thank you to everyone who supported them by donating money.

Then Saturday afternoon, Ceredigion hosted the Triangular Gala at Plascrug Leisure Centre. We'll post the results when we have them through, but we had some very impresssive wins from our County and I believe a few Personal bests. So well done to all swimmers.
